The 'Hour of power' video

A fitness class that combines the mental focus and breathing of yoga, the core muscle development of Pilates, the high energy fat burning of aerobics, and the muscle conditioning of resistance training.

Lower Body Toning A mix of aerobic and strengthening exercises specifically designed to work the lower body, abdominal, bottoms, and legs. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Spinning This low impact cardiovascular workout takes place on specially designed free standing bikes and can be tailored to suit your own level of fitness; with you choosing how hard you work. Not only is this session great for your cardio stamina it’s also an extremely good workout for toning your lower body.

Circuits This highly motivating and exceptionally effective workout is specifically planned and designed to challenge your stamina, as well as being versatile for all ages and abilities. The team at Phoenix change the session each week ensuring you have an all body workout that never becomes boring. Forces Fitness is a military style circuits class.

Step Aerobics A movement to music class using a step to increase cardiovascular intensity. This class is easy to follow and can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Limited places available please book in advance
